A big thank you to Helen and Catherine who delivered whole staff training to us yesterday evening 😊 A big shout out to all of the Lakeview ladies for taking part too ….. it was a toughie but well worth it. Reflective practice concentrating on yourself can be difficult ❤️ we all spent time looking at our own well-being, how we can support, look out for and help each other and this cascading down to the families and little ones we care for each day 💗💙 it was a ’big ask’ for many of us but together we did it 🥰 xxxx
