This means we can set up support groups at no/mimimal cost to those who choose to come and join us…

A group for parents/carers of children/young people who have severe anxiety. #childrenmentalhealth #anxietysupport
A group for parents/carers of young people who think about suicide. #sucideprevention
PLEASE get in touch with your suggestions and if you are interested. These groups will create safe spaces, be confidential and highly supportive – guided by trained therapists.
