Friendships have been proven to bring health benefits but as we try and re-establish relationships moving out of the pandemic we may have felt a shift in how we feel. During isolation, we lost the comfort, stability and rhythm of our friendships and although relationships aren’t typically static you may be left feeling unsure and at times lonely. Maybe having this experience we can consider what we want from our friendships, meet up with friends we have lost touch with and establish ways of being that work for us ☺️
