At Essere one of our values is to treat everyone as a human who is just trying their best to get through life, we offer a safe compassionate space to try and work things out, with someone who really cares.
To be able to do this we feel it’s important to look after each other, that’s why we meet regularly as a team to drink coffee ( thank you Beth as always @aboutcoffeecolne ), to talk about new books we’ve read, what we want to learn next, and just what we can keep doing to keep Essere what it is…
