Teen Therapy Session
Hello and welcome…
We know it can feel overwhelming when your child is struggling, you may feel helpless not knowing what to say to help. This can be a lonely place for you and your teen… so, we are here to offer a confidential compassionate space for your teen so they can try and work out how they are feeling with one of our experienced therapists.
We recommend that parents and carers of teens under the age of 16 years attend an initial parent consultation first, for teens over 16 years please complete the request form and we will allocate a therapist.
We do however offer meetings for parents up to the age of 18 years if agreeable with all involved, if you need to chat it through please give us a ring.
