Lego® Based Therapy

Lego Therapy is a social development programme designed for autistic children. Lego Therapy is in fact a helpful experience for children and young people who are having difficulties with peer interactions or are finding this aspect of life stressful.

This collaborative Play Therapy model can be used with individuals and primarily, groups from age 4 to late teens.

This engaging therapeutic intervention uses a child’s/ young persons own interests to motivate learning and support positive change. Lego Based Therapy was designed for children with ASD who were not interested in pleasing adults, were ignoring social pressures to conform, co-operate or compete with peer groups.
