We will soon be able to let you know the date of our first, cafe based, evening event – ‘Taking care of ourselves in difficult times’. We would love to gather a group who want to meet monthly, eat cake, learn together and talk about wellbeing and mental health.
Any suggestions of a name for these monthly events would be great. 🙂
