We are offering a monthly group on a Monday from 6.00-7.30pm for Dads to come and have a conversation with other Dads.
Benny and Helen our therapists at Essere will welcome, new dads, older dads, dads who feels isolated, dads who wants to meet other dads, dads who are struggling or dads who want to learn new ways to communicate/ support their children or teens who may be going through a tricky time. As you can tell all dads will be welcome 😆.
