We are currently developing our trauma training with our associate therapists which we will be delivering next year.
A theme that came through strongly is that we don’t presume we know someone’s experience, it’s imperative that we respect everyone’s experience, it’s unique to them.
So with tentative curiosity we weave in reflections, noticing responses, helping to make sense of something so incredible confusing, developing a trust within the therapeutic relationship 🤍 #esseretherapies #traumarecovery
