Anxiety is a natural and important emotion, it’s our bodies way of letting us know that danger or a sudden, threatening change is near.
However, sometimes anxiety becomes an exaggerated, unhealthy response almost like a switch has been turned on and you can’t turn it off, it hums along like background noise. If left unnoticed anxiety can become chronic, interfering with our ability to carry out everyday tasks, some experience floating feelings of uneasiness, for others it may develop into panic attacks and phobias.
